GroupFinder

Find a group, recruit your team, and get ready to play. Seasonal Raid mode is now available.

GroupFinder is a Premade Groups enhancement addon for World of Warcraft Retail. Built around Blizzard's group finder, it brings searching, filtering, recruitment, applications, character information, and dungeon preparation into one interface. Choose a workspace for everyday activities, seasonal Mythic+, or raids, and spend more time playing.

Type /GF in game to open the addon.

01 · Three Modes for the Way You Play

One entry point, with a dedicated workspace for each activity.

Standard Groups: Find groups and manage recruitment for dungeons, raids, delves, PvP, quests, and custom activities.
Seasonal Mythic+: Plan your next run with seasonal dungeon filters, ratings, keystones, character records, and party information.
Seasonal Raids: Find a raid, recruit specific roles, post your availability, and contact potential teammates in a dedicated interface.

Three workspaces: Standard Groups, Seasonal Mythic+, and Seasonal Raids

02 · Search, Filter, and Save Your Favorite Activities

Spend less time browsing categories and entering the same settings.

Quick search: Find activities and difficulties by name or keyword. Recent activity selections make repeat searches and listings easier.
Advanced filters: Combine multiple Mythic+ dungeons with role openings, rating, playstyle, Bloodlust, and voice requirements. Search with your party's role needs in mind when applying together.
Activity favorites: Add custom names and save activities per character or across your Warband. Restore the activity and its associated recruitment requirements when you use it again.
Application options: Enable double-click applications, keep applied groups at the top, and retain application notes.

Quick search, activity favorites, and advanced group filters

03 · Clear Recruitment, Applications, and Character Details

Explain what your group needs, review applicants, and make an informed invitation.

Complete listings: Set a group name, description, playstyle, and entry requirements, then update or delist your recruitment as needed.
Applicant management: See roles, specializations, item levels, ratings, and notes together. Players applying as a party remain grouped so you can review their composition before responding.
Character lookup: Open character information from the list and copy Warcraft Logs or Armory links. Additional details are available through supported addons such as Raider.IO and Archon when installed and populated with data.

Available actions follow your permissions and the application's current status. The character lookup shown uses a real character's results.

04 · Plan Your Next Run Across Characters and Parties

Compare available keys, roles, and character progress before deciding what to run next.

Character overview: Check your current Mythic+ rating, keystone, and weekly dungeon records, with convenient specialization and talent shortcuts.
Warband progress: Compare recorded characters and their keystones, roles, and nine Great Vault reward slots across raids, dungeons, and world activities.
Party planning: View your current party and teammates' shared Warband characters on the same page. Coordinate who can switch characters, fill a role, or provide the next key.

Offline characters show their last saved records. Teammates' character options depend on the information they have shared and synced.

05 · Check Your Progress and Get Ready to Go

Keep dungeon records, travel options, and useful reminders close at hand.

Dungeons and ratings: Review dungeon scores, best runs, and keystone information. A separate rating panel summarizes your seasonal score, best key levels, and completion times.
Portals and gathering: Use dungeon teleports your character has unlocked and can currently cast. Optional full-party and teammate teleport prompts let you confirm when to travel.
Keystone reroll reminder: Get a reminder after timing another player's key at a level equal to or higher than the keystone you hold.
Entrance information: Near supported entrances, check the instance name, difficulty, and saved progress. Hover for boss status, change difficulty when permitted, or open the Adventure Guide and instance-reset confirmation.

06 · Seasonal Raids and Specialization-Based Recruitment

Seasonal Raid mode is live. Find groups with suitable progress and recruit around the composition you need.

Readable raid listings: Check the raid, difficulty, tank/healer/damage counts, item-level requirement, and boss progress. Hover over progress to see individual boss status.
Specific recruitment needs: Set your listing details, select roles in bulk, and refine your requirements by class and specialization.
Careful applicant filtering: After a listing is successfully published or updated, known nonmatching solo applicants can be declined automatically. A joint application is declined only when every member's specialization is known and none matches. Any match or unknown specialization keeps the party available for review.

07 · Post Your Availability, Browse Players, and Talk

Players can advertise their raid goals, while raid leaders can actively look for suitable recruits.

Solo or party posts: Post for yourself, or as a party leader with friends. Choose multiple raids and difficulties, preferred specializations, and a note about your schedule or goals.
Player discovery: Filter the recruitment board by raid, difficulty, role, and specialization. Expand entries to review members and progress before contacting or inviting them, as your permissions allow.
Focused conversations: Manage contacts related to your raid-seeking activity, with separate drafts and unread indicators. Agree on timing and roles, then use the group-view action to locate the listing and apply manually.

The board contains currently discoverable same-faction posts shared through the addon's channels. Entries expire when they are no longer updated.

08 · Useful Controls, Reminders, and Personal Settings

Keep track of people you want to play with again and the group activity that matters to you.

Favorite raid leaders: Save character names, contact details, and notes. Their listings receive priority and a distinct highlight.
Blocklist tools: Add player notes or filter recruitment titles by keyword. Search, edit, and remove records when needed.
Floating status and alerts: Check group activity with the main window closed. Configure sounds, floating reminders, and supported operating-system alerts for new applications and messages.
Interface preferences: Adjust fonts, scale, opacity, list presentation, common actions, and notification behavior.

Optional NetEase new-player event tools are available for the Simplified Chinese client in the China region when the event and lookup service are active.

Getting Started

Download the current release and extract all included addon folders into the Retail client's Interface/AddOns directory. Avoid an extra enclosing folder.
Enable GroupFinder and its bundled components on the character selection screen.
Enter the game, type /GF, and choose Standard Groups, Seasonal Mythic+, or Seasonal Raids.
Adjust your filters, list preferences, and notifications, then find a group or create a listing.

Character details depend on the data available from the game, installed addons, and supported services. Screenshots use the Chinese interface. Some multiplayer applications, parties, and conversations use demonstration data; character lookup and seasonal ratings show real character data.

求组广场展示当前通过插件频道可发现的同阵营信息，长期未更新的记录会自动过期。
