Avaereene, the lich crime-lord of Skullport (the lawless city beneath Waterdeep), was not actually fully undead. In her obsession with eternal youth, she bound her soul to a nymph - turning the fey into a kind of living phylactery.

But little did she know, fey magic is tied to the soul, not the body. Avaereene gained no special powers and ultimately perished when the stolen body aged rapidly and failed her.

However, before her end, she left behind children - unique descendants shaped not only by the nymph’s nature but also by their father.

These half-nymphs inherited more fey magic than Avaereene ever did.

When a nearby ally is hit while low on health, you may grant them a small pool of temporary hit points and activate Second Wind. Second Wind remains active as long as the temporary hit points last.
Second Wind: The ally gains advantage on attacks, and enemies have disadvantage on attack rolls against them.

Heals 1d8 + Charisma modifier, but also carries a hidden, weak yet persistent poison. For 100 rounds, the target takes 1 damage every 2 to 3 rounds. To all observers, it appears indistinguishable from a harmless healing spell.

Choose one type of saving throw; you gain a +2 bonus to it until the end of the following combat. This effect also applies to neutral creatures and allies within a 6-meter (20-foot) radius.

Level 13: Mirror Mercy

Delayed Resurrection: Cast this spell on a living ally. If they die within the next 10 rounds, they are automatically resurrected shortly after. Being resurrected this way imposes a -1 penalty to Constitution until their next long rest.
