Holiday Cozy Forest

New location in Cozy Forest.

Original mod name was Cozy Forest Hut with Sebastian xD - Seb's land.

New landscape and location for Sebastian and Mc Holidays, perfect to take photos and explore. Can be entered with Companion :)

For New Year Eve - I added Fireworks - by Lake Hut!

July 2026 update: animals :) August: raining inside houses fix.

Update: animals fix animation , stones fix, added road sign (Seb Land) and carriage. 2nd update: bigger fireworks size, 2 emote station - picking flowers (locations shown on photos).

18.01.2026 update: Thestrals and Unicorn fix, added squirells and rabits.

If you get error after updating the mod, or it wont upload in save - I recommend running save without mod and then re-adding mod to save. That should fix it. Other way is restering the game restart the game. I have this problem everytime mods update.

Includes:

• huts with customized inventory (including Mc House and Sebastian Sallow House and shed)
• the maze - secret garden
• Sebastian's new home (with his room) & 'shed'
• 2 lakes available for swimming
• boats, animated animals, fireflies and much more.
• compatible with emote with npc mod - includes few emote stations: sitting on bench (2 places, 2 npc), play place, 2 picking flowers stations, sitting by table 2 npc, :)
• compatible with floo companion mod.
• can be entered at any time of day and season, looks the best at summer & at night :) At winter it changes some of trees and other plants to seasonal look!
• because of some mod size problems I had to delete stationery item I had on the small island, but I'll work on adding it back in update.
• carriage, road sign

IMPORTANT: If Sebastian Hut and shed is closed for you - they requize alochomora I level - but you can use Skip Alohomora mod to open all locks ! (by if onlythatweretrue).

Because of New Year eve I added fireworks place.

Entrance: near forbidden forest entrance, - use flooflame to get there, don't enter the forest go on road that leads to Hogwarts and after crossing the bridge - entrance will be on stones on the left. (also shown on photos) Exit: is by window portal by maze entrance - shown on photos.
