Bed & Buffs
Reward a good night's sleep with configurable healing, buffs, and sleep streaks—all managed through an intuitive in-game GUI.
Bed & Buffs is a lightweight server-side mod that enhances Hytale's sleeping mechanics while staying true to the vanilla experience.
By default, players who sleep receive a small reward when they wake up, while servers continue using the familiar multiplayer sleep system. Every feature can be customized—or disabled entirely—from the built-in settings menu, making Bed & Buffs easy to add to both vanilla servers and larger modpacks.

Configure Everything In-Game
Server administrators can open the Bed & Buffs settings menu and configure gameplay without manually editing configuration files.
The main settings page includes controls for:
- Dawn Transition
- Percentage of sleeping players required to skip the night
- Sleep Streaks
- Reward progression speed
- Full healing after sleep
- Stamina buffs
- Health regeneration buffs
Advanced Settings
The Advanced Settings menu provides additional customization for player-facing messages and server administration.
Server administrators can:
- Change the default Bed & Buffs chat prefix to a custom server prefix
- Select a custom prefix color using a six-digit hexadecimal color code
- Preview the customized prefix directly in the menu
- Enable or disable verbose server logging
