Mr. Green's Durability Tweaks is a highly configurable durability management plugin for Hytale.

Use the in-game GUI to customize weapons, armor, and tools, set individual durability values, apply global multipliers, make gear unbreakable, or restore everything back to vanilla.

Features

- In-Game Durability GUI — Manage durability without editing config files.

- Weapons, Armor & Tools — Supports the full durable item catalog.

- Per-Item Durability — Set custom durability values for individual items.

- Unbreakable Gear — Remove durability completely from selected items.

- Global Multiplier — Apply values such as 1.5x, 2x, 3x, or higher across all supported durable items.

- 0.0 Multiplier — Makes all supported durable items unbreakable.

- Search & Categories — Quickly find items using ALL, Weapons, Armor, and Tools tabs.

- Reset to Vanilla — Restore individual items or all durability settings back to default.

- Give Item Controls — Quickly give configured items for admin testing.

- Save Protection — Unsaved changes are clearly shown and protected by a confirmation screen.

- Modded Item Support — Compatible durable items from other mods can appear in the GUI.

Command

/durability

Opens the Durability Tweaks administration GUI.

Permissions

Available to server administrators/operators and players with:

mgg.durability.admin

Installation

Place the plugin .jar inside:

AppData\Roaming\Hytale\UserData\Mods

Start or restart the server/world.
Run /durability.
Configure your durability settings and press Save & Apply.

- Hytale >=0.6.5 <0.7.0

- Java plugin

- Server version target: >=0.6.5 <0.7.0

Important Notes

- Durability multipliers always calculate from vanilla durability and do not compound.

- Items without a custom override continue using their normal vanilla durability.

- Naturally non-durable items are ignored unless additional entries are manually shown.

- Existing loaded inventories, equipment, containers, and dropped items are updated when durability rules change.
