HyThief is a stealth-focused gameplay mod that allows players to crouch behind NPCs and attempt to pickpocket their inventory in real time.

Each item taken increases the chance of being caught, creating a risk-versus-reward system where greed becomes dangerous. Players must decide whether to take a small win or push their luck for more valuable items.

If the player is caught, the interaction immediately ends and nearby NPCs or guards react accordingly, turning a quiet theft into a high-risk situation.
