Here are all the machines added:

1. Steam Compressor (compresses coal into carbon and carbon into diamonds)
2. Steam Extractor (extracts things from things, eg. Fire essence from fire logs)
3. Steam Forge Hammer (steam alternative to the Mechanical Press)
4. Steam Macerator (steam upgrade to the crushing wheel)
5. Macerator (electric version of Steam Macerator, gives more dust)
6. Electric Press (electric version of the Steam Forge Hammer)
7. Extractor (electric version of the Steam Extractor)
8. Autoclave (electric powered, used for certain recipes)
9. Liquid Furnace + Distillation Tower (for certain liquid recipes)
10. Cracking Plant (for certain liquid recipes)
11. Gas Compressor (for certain gas recipes)
12. Cryogenic Distiller (for certain gas -> liquid recipes)
13. Polymerization Reactor (making plastic from monomers)
14. Arc Furnace (for certain high temp liquid/gas/item or a mixture of those recipes)
15. Silicon Doper (for doping silicon)
16. Inscriber (for circuit stuff)
17. PCB Etcher (for PCB stuff)
18. Assembler (for assembling circuit stuff)
19. Atomic Reconstructor (for some chemical stuff and for enriching thorium)
