The Nightlord

Requirement: Portal Fragment crafted at the Arcane Bench with 10 Azure Fruits

The Nightlord encounter is designed to feel closer to Soulslike combat than standard Hytale fights. Every attack is deliberate and heavily telegraphed, rewarding players who learn patterns, manage stamina carefully, and react at the right moment.

Abyss Watchers

Requirement: Portal Fragment crafted at the Arcane Bench with 10 Petrified Roots

The Abyss Watchers are an aggressive melee-focused encounter inspired by the iconic battle from Dark Souls III. As the fight progresses, additional Watchers enter the arena, turning the encounter into a chaotic free-for-all. Use the confusion to your advantage and make them fight each other whenever possible.

The Curse Plagued City

Requirement: Portal Fragment crafted at the Arcane Bench with 10 Black Wolf Paws

A city has fallen victim to a sinister beast plague. Venture into its imposing streets, now overrun by vicious monsters, and uncover the truth behind the plague.

The Cursed Plagued City is a portal dungeon featuring four unique boss encounters. Each boss offers a challenging fight and rewards players with unique loot upon victory.

Frenzied Bramblekin

Requirement: Portal Fragment crafted at the Arcane Bench with 10 Onions

Legends tell of a Bramblekin that once served as a guardian of the forest. Over time, however, it succumbed to madness and became something far more sinister.

Now it roams the woods at night, abducting lost Kweebec seedlings that wander too far from home. The creature uses them in disturbing rituals, spreading its corruption and madness throughout the forest.

Goblin Ogre

Requirement: Portal Fragment crafted at the Arcane Bench with 10 Goblin Ears

The Goblin Ogre is a powerful boss that resides deep within the Goblin Lair, where it fiercely guards its stolen treasure.

The encounter features devastating ground stomps that send shockwaves across the arena, forcing players to carefully time their shielding. Additionaly, players must also avoid the Ogre's fiery breath, roll attack and gigant club.

Those who manage to defeat the Goblin Ogre will be rewarded with his weapon and stomp ability.

Recommended Gear

While every encounter can be approached differently, most players should consider:

Adamantite gear
A shield or a weapon capable of blocking
Careful stamina management

Mastering stamina usage is often the difference between victory and defeat.
