I highly recommend playing this with endgame mods like the one by Lewaii, because the accessories are pretty strong.

The mod will have seperate slots in the future, but currently uses the highlighted slots for accessories (the slots are the upper part of the backpack). The accessories will not work when placed outside of these slots.

Parry Mechanic

Parry attacks by blocking right before taking damage. This pushes back the attacking mob and refunds stamina. The parry window is 150ms.

Cloud in a Bottle - Zone 2 chests - Allows you to double jump by crouching midair!
Hermes Boots - Zone 3 chests - Allows you to run super fast!
Lucky Horseshoe - Zone 2 chests - Mitigates all fall damage!
Obsidian Skull - Firesteel Golem drop - Mitigates all fire damage!
Black Belt - Zone 1 chests - 15% to mitigate all damage!
Turtle Shell - Zone 2 chests - Reflects 1.5x of damage taken back to the attacker!
Band of Regeneration - Zone 1 chests - Regenerate 1 hp per second!
Charm of Myths - Arcanist's Bench - Regenerate 3 hp per second!
Fire Gauntlet - Zone 4 chests - Charge attacks do 20% more damage and set the target on fire!
Mechanical Glove - Zone 2 chests - Light attacks grant you stacks. Each stack granting 5% more light damage. Lose all stacks after not attacking for 3 seconds!
Magic Quiver - Zone 3 chests - Bows and Crossbows do 20% more damage. Shooting something gives you a big speed buff for 3 seconds!
Mace Emblem - Blacksmith's Anvil - Mace hits heal you for 35% of the damage dealt!
Battleaxe Emblem - Blacksmith's Anvil - Battleaxe signature charges faster! While doing the battleaxe signature attack you take 50% less damage and pull in nearby mobs.
Sword Emblem - Blacksmith's Anvil - Parrying an attack gives your next attack a 40% damage buff. Increase the parry window by 100%.
Magma Stone - Furnace - Automatically smelts mined ore.
Water Walking Boots - Zone 3 chests - Allows walking on water by placing fragile ice blocks.
Aglet - Zone 1 chests - Increases crouch speed.
Step Stool - Zone 1 chests - Negates all momentum loss on auto jumping.
Bezoar - Spider / Cave Spider rare drop - Immunity to poison!
Diving Helmet - Zone 1/2 chests - Gives you the ability to breathe underwater!
Flipper - Zone 1/2 chests - Swim much faster in water!
Cobalt Shield - Zone 3/4 chests - Parrying attacks creates shockwaves, knocking back all nearby mobs!
Daggers Emblem - Blacksmith's Anvil - Pressing E teleports you behind the looked at enemy and deals 30 damage. Usable only after a kill.
Lava Bomb - Zone 2/3 chests - Killing something makes it explode, doing 20 damage to mobs in a 8 block radius and setting them on fire for 5 seconds!
Soulfire Charm - Zone 4 chests - Changes all your inflicted burn debuffs to soul scorch, which does 6 damage every half a second!
Psycho Knife - Zone 3/4 chests - Deal 20% more damage to enemies who are lower than 40% health, but take 30% more damage!
Bloody Tear - Zone 3 chests - Bleed the last mob you hit for 10 seconds, dealing 8 damage per second. If the bleeding mob dies, you heal for 15 health!
Hero Shield - Zone 2/3 chests - Makes parrying 50% harder. Parrying attacks heals you for 15 health.
Frozen Shield - Zone 3 chests - Parrying an attack does 15 damage to the attacker and applies a freeze debuff which slows for 95% for 2 seconds.
Shark Tooth Necklace - Hammerhead Shark very common drop - Makes you ignore 35% of the target players resistances.
Bow Emblem - Blacksmith's Anvil - Shooting something spawns 3 phantom arrows that fly towards your target dealing 5 damage each! Spawned arrows count as regular attacks.

Synergies

Combining specific accessories now unlocks new powers! Ingame you will get a notification when you unlock a new synergy!

Band of Regeneration + Charm of Myths = Blood Pact
- Gain 20% lifesteal.

Black Belt + Cobalt Shield = Counterpulse
- On black belt activation also activate the cobalt shield shockwave.
Cobalt Shield + Fire Gauntlet = Infernal Shockwave
- Shockwave also inflicts the burn debuff for 5 seconds.
Cobalt Shield + Turtle Shell = Thornwave
- Shockwave also does 10 damage per mob caught in it.
Daggers Emblem + Black Belt = Shadow Reflex
- After dashing gain 2 seconds of invulnerability.
Daggers Emblem + Mechanical Glove = Overclocked Dash
- At full mechanical glove stacks, the dash does extra 30 damage.
Diving Helmet + Flippers = Fury of the Sea
- While underwater, gain 20% more damage and take 20% less damage.
Hermes Boots + Cloud in a Bottle = Skystrider
- While sprinting, empowers your jumps to be giant leaps.
Mechanical Glove + Obsidian Skull = Thermal Overload
- At full stacks, your attacks inflict the burn debuff for 3 seconds.
Sword Emblem + Bezoar = Toxic Reposte
- Makes your damage buff inflict poison for 16 seconds.
Turtle Shell + Battleaxe Emblem = Juggernaut
- While doing the battleaxe signature attack, turtle shell reflects 4x of the taken damage.
Mace Emblem + Band of Regeneration = Bloodguard
- Overhealing grants you a shield with a maximum of 25% of your max health.
Mace Emblem + Mechanical Glove = Heavy Blow
- Attacks with the mace give 2 additional stacks.

Lava Bomb + Fire Gauntlet = Cataclysm
- Charged attacks make the target explode and deal 15 damage to all mobs in a 8 block radius.

Lava Bomb + Mechanical Glove = Overheat
- At full stacks, consume all stacks and create the lava bomb explosion.

Psycho Knife + Daggers Emblem = Executioner
- Make the dash do an extra 30 damage.

Psycho Knife + Bloody Tear = Serial Killer
- Makes the bloody tear do damage twice per second to mobs below 40% health.
Hero Shield + Mechanical Glove = Adrenaline Engine
- Parrying attacks instantly grants 5 stacks to the Mechanical Glove.
Shark Tooth Necklace + Psycho Knife = Apex Predator
- Shark Tooth Necklace now ignores 60% of target player resistances instead of 35%.
Bloody Tear + Bow Emblem = Blood Volley
- Spawn a phantom arrow every time your target bleeds.
