🍗 How Does Saturation Work?

In Minecraft Java Edition, Saturation is an invisible energy buffer that depletes before your visible hunger bar starts dropping. As long as you have saturation and your hunger is full (20 points / 10 shanks), your health regenerates at an incredible rate of 1 HP every 0.5 seconds!
