Can shoot while dashing

Grants the ability to start/continue shooting your weapon while dashing, which is otherwise interrupted/blocked until the dashing animation is over.

Modded behavior (also using Can jump while dashing)

Installation:

• Go to \Returnal\Returnal\Content\Paks.
• *OPTIONAL* Create a new folder there named "~mods".
• Download the mod and drop its contents in either the Paks folder or the ~mods folder.
