• Yes you can modify a world and upload it to a dedicated server and it will retain the change.

• No you don't need this Mod anymore once you've modded your world. This Mod reveals a feature already in-game in the Edit Settings Menu. This mod allows you access to that feature. The change you apply is saved into the .sav file. We're basically hijacking a real feature in the game revealing it in the Edit Settings menu for you to toggle so you can mod your world.

• That being said, you can now create Modded Worlds.
