Taskboard

Taskboard adds a simple progression system to Solarpunk that gives players clear goals while they gather, craft, farm, and progress through the game.

The mod adds an in game Taskboard with three active tasks at a time: Easy, Medium, and Hard. Complete tasks by obtaining specific items, then claim rewards to help with your next goals. New boards unlock as you progress, giving the game more structure without changing the core Solarpunk experience.

Compatibility

Taskboard should work with both the Steam version and the Xbox Game Pass version of Solarpunk as long as UE4SS is installed correctly.

Controls

T: Open or close Taskboard

Arrow Up / Arrow Down: Navigate tasks

Enter: Claim a completed task

R: Refresh or rescan task progress

Escape / Backspace: Close or go back

Xbox Game Pass Install

1. Install UE4SS for the Xbox Game Pass version of Solarpunk.

2. Launch the game once so UE4SS can create its folders.

3. Download and extract Taskboard.

4. Place the TaskBoard folder here:

C:\[Your Gamepass Folder]\Solarpunk\Content\ue4ss\Mods\TaskBoard

1. Launch the game.

2. Press T in game to open Taskboard.

Steam Install

1. Install UE4SS for the Steam version of Solarpunk.

2. In Steam, right click Solarpunk.

3. Select Manage.

4. Select Browse local files.

5. Look for the UE4SS Mods folder.

The Steam path may look similar to this:

Solarpunk\Binaries\Win64\ue4ss\Mods\TaskBoard

1. Place the TaskBoard folder inside the Mods folder.

2. Launch the game.

3. Press T in game to open Taskboard.

Notes

Taskboard tracks progress through item based goals. Crafting and collecting both count as long as the required item appears in your inventory.

Some rewards give the same item back, while certain one time items reward useful resources instead so you do not end up with unnecessary duplicate objects
