[CP] Elliott's Seashell Chest

Elliott’s Seashell Chest brings a bit of the shoreline to your farm. Set it down and, every few in-game hours, the tides “deliver” one beach find: Coral, Sea Urchin, or Nautilus Shell.

• Unlockable recipe: Receive Elliott’s letter once you reach 10 hearts and Foraging 10 (both configurable).
• Automatic output: Produces 1 beach item roughly every 6 in-game hours (configurable).
• Crafting recipe: Wood, hardwood, refined quartz, and a handful of real shells.
• i18n ready: Localized name, description, and mail text.
