[CP] Harvey's Medical Dispenser

Harvey’s Medical Dispenser adds a new bigcraftable machine to Stardew Valley: a specialized dispenser created by Harvey that automatically produces useful medicine.

Features:

• Unlockable recipe: received from Harvey by mail once you reach the required heart level (default 10, configurable) and Foraging skill level 10.
• Automatic output: every 6 in-game hours, the dispenser produces 1 random remedy, such as Energy Tonic, Muscle Remedy, Oil of Garlic, or the rare Life Elixir.
• Recipe: crafted with a Recycling Machine, Battery Packs, Iridium Bars, and a Prismatic Shard.
• i18n support: full translations for item name, description, and mail text.
• Configurable options: adjust heart requirement, skill level, and production timer via config or the General Config Menu mod.
