SimpleChatCommands is a lightweight Terraria mod that adds convenient chat commands for testing, building, and casual play.
Toggle god mode or personal lighting, check your coordinates, change your health or mana, adjust the world time, and add money directly from the chat window.
Usage
Enter /scc help in chat to see the available commands in-game.
Available Commands
Help
/scc help
Displays a list of all available commands.
God Mode
/scc godmode
Toggles god mode. While enabled, your health remains full and you are immune to damage.
Light
/scc light
Toggles a bright personal light around your character.
Position
/scc position
Displays your current tile-based X and Y coordinates.
Set Health
/scc sethealth <amount>
Sets your current health to a value between 1 and your maximum health.
Example:
/scc sethealth 200
Set Mana
/scc setmana <amount>
Sets your current mana to a value between 0 and your maximum mana.
Example:
/scc setmana 100
Set Time
/scc settime <morning|noon|night|midnight>
Changes the world time to one of four presets:
morning— 4:30 AMnoon— 12:00 PMnight— 7:30 PM-
midnight— 12:00 AM
Example:
/scc settime night
Add Money
/scc addmoney <copper amount>
Adds the specified value to your inventory and automatically converts it into platinum, gold, silver, and copper coins.
The amount is entered as its total copper value:
100= 1 Silver10000= 1 Gold1000000= 1 Platinum
Example:
/scc addmoney 1234567
This adds 1 Platinum, 23 Gold, 45 Silver, and 67 Copper.
Notes
- Commands are entered through the normal Terraria chat window.
- No configuration is required.
- Useful for builders, mod developers, testing, and casual sandbox play.
- Primarily intended for single-player use.
