Better HUD

Windrose 0.10.0.4 ready

Mod makes HUD slightly smaller and less obstrusive:

10-15% smaller widgets - more space on the screen that not cluttered,
widgets adjusted closer to screen edges,
minimap and smart hints decor removed,
minimap has more distinguashable (outlined) cardinals with north being red,
vignettes applied to HUD are way less intense,
few overlapping in vanilla elements fixed,
slightly smaller crosshair.

Installation
Extract 6 utoc/ucas/pak files from archive to:

For single player: ...\Windrose\R5\Content\Paks\~mods
For multiplayer: ...\Windrose\R5\Builds\WindowsServer\R5\Content\Paks
For dedicated server: ...\Windrose Dedicated Server\R5\Content\Paks\~mods

Create ~mods folder if you don't have one yet.

Uninstallation
Delete installed pak file from ~mods folder.

Compatibility
Should be compatible with anything not affecting HUD layout and minimap UI assets.
