Looking to Hide "Retail" functionality?

Primarily to remove the temptation of "Collector Features" such as Achievements & Appearances but extended it to a few other features.

Removes the Keybindings preventing further "ease" of temptation...

Interface Options:

LFDMicroButton -- LookingForDungeon/Raid

Hide LoadingScreenTips - (For unknown reasons it doesn't hide LoadingScreenTips on LOGIN)
