Rarity will keep track of your attempts on every kill, and announce when you've looted the item you're after!
Every single rare mount/pet/toy and item will be found in this list, and seperated by category. This is the start of the mounts tab!
All categories can be closed temporarily if you aren't hunting a particular category of items right now. One click, and they're open again! Your choice will be remembered on relog.
All open-world enemies will show their dropped collectibles to you, including their rarity.
Follow any active hunt with the Progress Bar, which can be fully customized in the Options menu.
You can shift-click any tracked item in the main window to share your attempts in chat for all your friends and fellow hunters to behold.

Rarity is fully customizable. You can change its behaviour, the UI, which categories you want to track and you can even add your own items to track through the Custom and Import/Export tabs.
Do you not agree with the set drop chances, are your attempts wrong, or do you want to remove a specific item from your list? Well, you can adjust all of that in the Options Menu, without needing to know how to code. Convenient!
